The 2019 Toyota Tundra is available in five unique trim levels: SR, SR5, Limited, Platinum, the 1794 Edition, and TRD Pro. For starters, the TRD Pro gets you added clearance with a 2-inch lift, larger aluminum Fox shocks, and lighter BBS forged wheels.
If your main concern is power, you’ll be happy to know that two separate engines are offered with the Tundra. First, there’s a 4.6-liter V8 engine. There’s also a 5.7-liter V8 engine you can choose. The Tundra focuses on performance by offering a TRD Sport package which gets you features such as a sport-tuned suspension and 20-inch wheels. There’s also a TRD Off-Road package that offers trail-tuned shock absorbers, off-road tires, skid plates, and tow hooks.
The other trim levels get you a wide array of comfort and technology features. Some of the features you’ll enjoy include a navigation system, a sunroof, a 12-speaker JBL sound system, a power-adjustable driver seat, satellite radio, HD radio, a 7-inch touchscreen, and more.
The 2019 RAM 1500
The 2019 RAM 1500 comes in seven separate trim levels: Tradesman, HFE, Big Horn, Rebel, Laramie, Longhorn, and Limited. When it comes to the engine, the standard option is a 3.6-liter V6 that puts out 305 hp and 269 lb-ft of torque. The HFE trim gets you a 5.7-liter V8 that delivers 395 hp and 420 lb-ft of torque.
The RAM 1500 also gets you several off-road features. For instance, the Rebel trim adds hill descent control, off-road tires, a 3.92 axle ratio, skid plates, front tow hooks, fortified shocks and suspension, and an electronic-locking rear axle. All models can be equipped with off-road features including various components such as 22-inch wheels, bed utilities, and more.
As far as the features are concerned, you’ll be treated with heated and ventilated seats, a CD player, leather upholstery, keyless entry, automatic wipers, blind-spot monitoring, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and more.
