When it comes to engine options, the base SR comes with a 2.7-liter four-cylinder engine that puts out 159 hp and 180 lb-ft of torque. This engine comes paired with a six-speed automatic transmission. The TRD Sport gets you a 3.5-liter V6 engine that delivers 278 hp and 265 lb-ft of torque.

The base SR trim offers Siri Eyes Free voice control, lane departure alert, a backup camera, forward collision warning, a privacy glass, 16-inch wheels, automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, automatic high beams, a tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel, and more. The SR5 gains keyless entry, an enhanced Entune audio system, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and 16-inch alloy wheels.

The TRD Sport comes with a 120-volt power outlet in the bed, turn signals in the mirror housings, a 7-inch touchscreen, a hood scoop, and a wireless smartphone charging pad. The TRD Off-Road provides multiple terrain settings, Bilstein monotube shocks, crawl control, a lockable rear differential, extra skid plates, and more.

Drivers who choose the Limited will receive a body-colored rear bumper and 18-inch wheels while drivers who choose the TRD Pro will get a black grille, all-terrain tires, and Fox internal bypass shocks.

The 2019 Chevrolet Colorado

The 2019 Chevrolet Colorado is offered in five unique trim levels: Base, Work Truck, LT, Z71, and ZR2. As far as the engine is concerned, the Base comes with a 2.5-liter inline four-cylinder engine that generates 200 hp and 191 lb-ft of torque. This engine comes paired to a six-speed manual transmission. The remaining trims are eligible for two different engines. First, there’s a 3.6-liter V6 that produces 308 hp and 275 lb-ft of torque. This engine is paired to an eight-speed automatic transmission. Next, there’s a 2.8-liter turbocharged four-cylinder diesel that puts out 181 hp and 369 lb-ft of torque. This engine is paired to a six-speed automatic.

The Base offers front bucket seats, vinyl upholstery and floor covering, power windows, Apple CarPlay, a six-speaker sound system, a four-way power driver’s seat, 16-inch steel wheels, air conditioning, USB ports, Android Auto, and more while the WT adds cloth upholstery, fold-up rear jump seats, floor mats, and carpeting.

The LT gets you 17-inch alloy wheels, an 8-inch touchscreen, satellite radio, OnStar, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and additional USB ports. The Z71 provides all-terrain tires, an off-road oriented suspension, hill descent control, cloth and simulated leather upholstery, a locking rear differential, and more. The top trim, the ZR2, gains a spray-in bed liner, fender glares, a raised suspension, an electronically locking rear differential, and other features.
